How I became a veggie: I became vegitarian after residing in southern delaware, where the poultry industry is big. I kept seeing these trucks packed with chickens and I had a few friends that worked in the factorys. heard some storys about the industry and did some reserch,and decided that I wasnt going to be a part of that anymore. Im also at a point in my life where I want to live healthier.

Oh certainly. I do not mind at all. I also agree with smilesforthesun, almond milk for baking and rice for drinking. It's a lot easier than it sounds at first. At first I was in total shock and loss, but you'll get the hang of it.
