How I became a veggie: i've been a vegetarian off and on throughout life, and known a lot of vegans...one in particular really challenged me to give being vegan a try...i'm working at it, and it's proven to be one of the most life changing experiences i've ever been through. i can't see myself ever looking back.

Sure! We should definitely get together sometime and do something vegany ^_^ I haven't spent much time in Raleigh (aside from shopping at Brier Creek), but I can recommend Brixx pizza. They offer vegan cheese, and it's dee-licious.
