About Me:
news: i'm going to the natural gourmet institute in new york city in 2010; i want to be a chef.
i'm an anarchist, poet, vegan, writer, baker, crafter, observer, thinker, anti-profiteer social oddity. i'm flexible and embrace changes in good directions, but i maintain a few structured fragments. i am half idealist, half realist- to ensure that i'm not blinded by hope, or discouraged by the current.
i pay more attention to thought-processes, motives, and surrounding circumstances than i do with the actual actions or words shared, especially in conflict because that's when empathy is most important, i believe.
i want to go to the northwest in the spring. buy a zine? bag? batch of cookies?
How I became a veggie: I was 12 and I decided to go vegetarian because I was sick of meat, and then soon I started to think about animals and the ethics when people started asking me, "why?" I phased out red meat, and then poultry, etc. In June 2004, at age 13, I decided to go vegan. It was probably the best idea I ever had.
