How I became a veggie: We have both been vegans for several years. We like experimenting with vegan recipes, and we like trying vegan restaurants around the South.
It was a nickname given to me by roommates due to a combination of my obsession with scuba diving, and an experience I was having at the time undergoing some energy work. Kind of silly, but it stuck.
