About Me: I believe knowledge is power. My goal is to learn as much as I can, so that I can make better choices and help to educate others. I would like a healthier and more considerate world. I want people to know the truth about nutrition, about the dangers associated with consuming animal products, and about the neglect and abuse animals endure. People need to know that the meat and dairy industries provide financial backing for the American Medical Association and for the American Dietetics Association, controlling not only what the majority eats, but what they believe is good nutrition. This is the age of enlightenment.

How I became a veggie: "Skinny Bitch," by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin was the initial flake that turned into the snowball of research that I have done. I am fascinated by what little the general public knows and I feel that they are not ignorant because of indifference.
