How I became a veggie: My younger sister gave up meat for Lent when we were in high school. Watching her natural progression into a veg lifestyle triggered my interest. Was vegetarian for years then made the jump to vegan in 2000. Had a back slide after chemo/rad fried my brain, recommitted myself on January 4, 2008.

unfortunately, i am not in possession of the rabbit carrot cake recipe. honestly, it was not my favorite dish, although everyone else couldn't stop talking about it, and the icing was amazing. if i get a hold of those recipes at some point, i will share. :)

That's right, even omni's can't argue with good (vegan) food. This is why I HAVE to learn to cook! I tried to post some pics of my Easter brunch in the blog but couldn't figure out how, so there's just one of the rabbit carrot cake with cream chese frosting. It was so good!

Definitely not a bad mom! Kids should know where these things come from. I'm mad no one told me! Haha.

How many kids do you have? & is it hard raising them vegan? If I have kids I would want them to be vegan, but I wouldn't want them to feel bad for being different.
