i USED to feel i was making a difference with other kids i worked with out in seattle, but this year (in illinois) is feeling like a complete failure! eeeeek! we have some difficult kids, and our "behavior specialist" hasn't a CLUE as to what to suggest for us! some help HE is! aaaack! i would SO love to be doing stuff for a non-profit instead. ;P

i seen yu from a while ago
but was a bit slow to note

some might say
it is a kind of far-flung outpost
at the end of the Earth
.... but oh so beautiful ...
i know as well.
that in the Clouds of
The LongWhiteSheep!!!!!
it can seem even more on the frontline
or a desert outpost for those of a vegan culture

basic recipes for the taste buds and tummy , yunno ....

(^-^) hey hey, thanks for friending me up !
And, thankyou for tipping me off about that Japanese blog - it looks really interesting, right up my metaphorical alley !
:) Yay, veganism is awesome ! You know the secret handshake, right ?
I used to stuff my face with cheese (being raised as a vegetarian, but similarly to fleshivores in many ways i think, unfortunately) but stopped all of that overnight when I realised the truth of the whole deal.... the complete integration of the dairy and egg industries with the abstractly-created "meat industry" which i had been told about (itself often being no more than an extension of the other two, in the majority of cases in many developed countries)
ANYWAY huzzah - friendship is nice :) great to meet you !
