About Me: I am a 35 year old wife and mother. I am currently attending college to become a RN after working as a vocational nurse for many years...I love spending time with my two kids Ashley 13 and dennis 5....Im so happy i found a site for people like myself who believe passinately about the vegetarian/vegan lifestyle! I sonetimes feel like the average meat eating person just doesnt "get me" at all! looking forward to meeting new friends who love the healthy cruelty free lifestyle, i also like hard rock music and go to concerts when i have the chance!

How I became a veggie: I was raised in the SDA church (Seventh Day Adventist) Who follow a vegetarian diet and have for many years...Although I am no longer involved in the church aspect i continue to live a vegetarian diet. I had in the past, from pressure, to leave this diet and I hated the way it made me feel...yuck!!! So here I am back to veggie living and looking to make the change to Vegan real soon!

welcome to Vegifide Ms. Jenie!! i lived in L.A. for a little while a few years ago. i was a live-in caregiver for a woman who had a hip replacement in Santa Monica. have you eaten at Real Food Daily? that place was awesome!! are you raising your kiddos veg?

no not my kitty, but after the whole wolf pack almost died down when unovrgan left for work this week people went to kitties. i saw this kitty and thought he fitted my name. and i love him and i have named him gutzilla.
