About Me: I am a laid back person.
How I became a veggie: I started last year in July but i wasn't really thinking to much about my health so I only became sick. I decided at the beginning of the year that this would be a good start and decision for me. I also have been reading up on it and making sure i am taking the vitamins and everything i need to stay healthy this time around.
It is much healthier that is one reason I wanted to be a Vegetarian.
Also I have read and seen alot of things that made me against eating meat.
The people in my life make it easier as well. :)
