About Me: Hello,
I am a grad student in NYC. I would love to meet new like-minded veggie people! My interests include music (underground hip hop, lounge, jazz), politics, social issues, and animal and human rights (and liberation).
How I became a veggie: I became a vegetarian when i was in high school after lots of ethical confusion stemming from a middle school speech i gave regarding animal rights. I am a veggie for ethical reasons (although the meat industry is ruining our environment too). I am trying to become vegan (almost there!), so appreciate the reviews and questions related to vegans/veganism here. I love rambling about things, so if my profile appeals to you, drop me a line :)
