How I became a veggie: One night about 3 years ago, I had just eaten a very large chicken dinner and i was checking my email. I had just signed up for PETA a few days ago, and they had sent me an email talking about a video they had found showing how meat plants actually treat the animals they kill. My curiousity got the best of me, and thinking I had a stomach strong enough to withstand anything, I opened the link to watch the video. Seeing how horribly they treated animals and how they were killed just to create the burgers and chicken dinners we eat; it made me cry and literally made me sick to my stomach. I haven't been able to eat meat since that night.
