I think that vegetarians and vegans need support and an area to discuss because it can make their journey easier. Most people want to make the switch but don't because they feel it'll be too hard but with people to help them out, it doesn't have to be.

How I became a veggie: I had always not felt right about the idea of eating animals. But I have many reasons for deciding not to. It's not only for ethical reasons but for the sake of the environment as well as my health. It's this entire mixture of ideas that led me to find no reason to stick to meat.
One day I saw a PETA video as I was hanging out in Miami Beach and it finally became official.

Well up until about a week ago it's been at or around freezing! This week has been at around 70-75 degrees, and sunny. As for the band, it's hard to describe. Hard rock with electronic keyboards? I don't even know. It's pretty accessible. There's a link on my page if you wanted to check it out.

Not a whole lot, but I was recently accepted into a band that I've been auditioning for, so that's cool. Other than that I've been working on my cars a bit. Enjoying being outside now that the weather is getting nicer.

No problem. :) What types of cheese dishes are you struggling the most with? Not so healthy, but the Tofutti cheese slices work really well for grilled cheese.

You might also want to try Follow Your Heart http://www.followyourheart.com/cheese.php it melts better and is good for nachos and pizza. If you freeze then broil it on a pizza it actually gets bubbly, but it's good shredded out of the fridge on pizza in the oven too It's available at most Whole Foods and a lot of local natural food stores. Sheese is great by itself while Follow Your Heart isn't, but Sheese is harder to get and more expensive FYH is about half the price. I've yet to freeze Sheese to see if that helps it melt better.
