Spiral Diner & Bakery is a completely vegan and mostly organic diner that offers greasy spoon favorites as well as revamped hippie eats. They have everything a veg*n could yearn for: veggie burgers, subs, salads, tofu scrambles, wraps, tex mex, beers, wines, teas, cakes, cookies, shakes, and smoothies. Go for brunch on Sunday and order the all you can eat pancakes. All my omnivorous friends have loved it too.

I <3 Spiral Diner!! Hubby and I have a standing date there the first Thursday of every month (hubby does bloodwork at the hospital down the street). Their baked potatoes are freakin' intense! And their sketti and meatballs dish is orgasmically yummy. Their brownies are amazing, too. Ok, the whole menu rocks! These guys are doing good right in the middle of Cowtown!
