Salem Beer Works

First of all, this place has beer.

Secondly, they are right in the heart of downtown so tourists ALWAYS go there and they are used to taking custom orders.

I usually go old school and get a veggie burger and fries.

Surprisingly, many of their entres are quite good if you simply have them substitute the various meat products for sliced veggie burger rather than get it just without the meat. That's a little trick my girlfriend figured out.

Seriously, the El Paso Salad or the Rajun Cajun with chopped veggie burger. You will be pleased.

And if you can deal with cheese and feel like eating something disgustingly delicious go for those Jalapeno Poppers. They are sickeningly good.
