Fresh Mint

Amazing vietnamese restaurant! Everything was vegan. I went there with my friend and her family (none of them are vegan, or even vegetarian) and even all of them completely loved everything we got. Everything was fresh and amazing. I got some kind of "beef" with noodles, and it was so delicious. Also gotta try the spring rolls-- not oily or super deep fried- perfect. Best Pad Thai I have ever eaten. I recommend it to anyone that goes to Maui. I am planning a trip to Maui just to go to this restaurant.
