If you can't handle chopsticks don't bother coming here. There are no forks. This is the only authentic Japanese resteraunt in Salem.

They have a wide selection of veg appetizers and you can easily make a meal of just that, soup, and the free green tea with as many refills as you want. On the sushi menu there are good veg nori rolls... cucumber, avacado, zuchinni... as well as inari, which is sweet rice in a deep fried tofu pouch (named for the shinto kami often depicted as an old man or beautiful woman carrying rice).

My girlfriend and I recommend the Garlic Noodles.
