My Easy Chicken-less Salad

1 package Morningstar chicken strips (they are now vegan!)
2 TB. olive oil
1/2 c. Vegenaise or Nasoya ( I prefer vegenaise)
3 TB. organic dijon mustard
1/4 c. diced celery (or to taste)
1/4 c. diced onion (or to taste)
1 1/2 tsp. organic sweet relish
pinch of fresh baby dill, chopped finely
squirt or two of lemon juice
pinch of sea salt and/or black pepper, to taste

1.) Fry up the chicken tenders in the olive oil until golden brown. Remove from pan and allow to cool, then chop in smaller pieces.
2.) Add the other ingredients & stir. Put in fridge to chill.
3.) You can add more or less vegenaise/mustard to get it the consistency you want. You can get about 4-6 sammiches

my mom buys me those chikn strips all the time! i never thought of doing this, though. sweet.
