MN Vegan Coffeeshop?

Does anyone have any idea if there are any vegan coffee shops in Minneapolis/St. Paul area?

I am in college for business and want to open my own vegan coffee shop. I'm curious to see what one is like, just so I can actually give myself a sense that it is possible. It'd also be nice to know who I'd have to compete with.

Any info would help. I know there are plenty of coffee shops with vegan options, but I want one with only vegan options.

I really don't think there is a vegan coffee shop in Minneapolis. We could use one!!

i am not sure. I was hoping to open one of the only ones, and so far that seems to be true for now.

I wish vegan coffeeshops were prevelant, if not even existant.
