I've just joined Vegifide and hope it's not bad form to be submitting a review of my own product... Don't hate me!
But I really really want you people to know about this: here at Angel Food we sell kits so people can make their own fresh vegan marshmallows. True story.
You get two sachets of powder, plus the recipe, of course, and you add water, sugar, syrup and vanilla essence. You also need a candy/frying thermometer and an electric mixer. And then you're good to go.
Each kit makes about 50 good sized marshies. Or 15 huge marshmallow cones. Mmmmm, marshmallow cones....
We sell them for NZ$10 including postage anywhere in the world, and I'm currently trying to get vegan mail order companies to carry them too.

make...my...own.... mashmellows!... VEGAN MARSHMELLOWS... but I have to wait for it to come all the way from New Zealand. so unfair. ^_^

you do ship to the states? never mind I read it on the site. I think I might just have to try this. I can make vegan peeps with it or something!
