Sweet and Sara Vegan Marshmallows

Long time veg folks, might remember the whole Emes supposed veg*n gelatin scandal and may be weary to try another veg marshmallow. I met Sara of Sweet and Sara last year right before the marshmallows were sold on-line. I have to say it's a really good product much better then the Vegan Sweets Marshmallows sold by Pangea (those work for krispie treats) but these taste good melted, plain, and so on. They created their own formula for gelling and don't use a purchased veg gelatin to help put your mind at ease. They are 100% Vegan and they even make a s'more!

Ingredients (Vanilla): cane sugar (non bone char), water, corn syrup, acacia, soy protein, carrageenan, cornstarch, locust bean gum, pure vanilla extract, organic confectioner's sugar, sea salt.

7.5 oz, approx. 12 marshmallows
