last weekend i was in ATL
last weekend i was in ATL and visited the local wholefoods market. i was browsing the vegan icecreams and saw the 'coconut milk'. oh yeah... joygasm! i had no idea the stuff existed. all they had was the chocolate. it was heaven.

Well, I'm no chick, but I had the chocolate yesterday, mainly after reading the label, which revealed far fewer ingredients than the soy versions of their ice creams. That level of purity sold me for sure, especially as I try to reduce the amount of processed soy in my diet. It was pretty darn good, too. I wish I'd seen the mint chip flavor, though, because that is my favorite all time ice cream flavor. Lucky you!
