Lundberg Organic Brown Rice Cakes

These are a nice alternative to Quaker's sugar rice cakes, and they have the fiber, too! They are good as a sweet treat, for example, when spread with nut butter and bananas or with apple butter. They are also good with avocado and nutritional yeast. Great as a snack, but also great for lunch to make an "open-faced" sandwich!

My favorite varieties include Flax with Tamari Rice Cakes, Sesame Tamari Rice Cakes, and Green Tea with Lemon Rice Cakes, though there are quite a few more varieties that I haven't tried.
