We love all of Just Tomatoes, ETC.! freeze-dried fruits/vegetables, but this one was unique because it was SPICY! With peas, corn, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, and jalapeño, this mix makes your mouth go WOW. Eat them as is for a nice crunch, or mix them in any dish to rehydrate them. Nutritious, with a lot of Vitamin A & C, and natural, with no preservatives or chemicals.
