point being...Obama is not a peace candidate. He will continue this senseless war on terror.
Who's Advising Your
Who's Advising Your Candidate? (You better know...)
Before you vote you should be aware of those who advise your candidate. These are the people who have the real pull.
here you can see what you candidates voting for or against, also there views on important issues and what they have said about these issues. Very informative!

oooh... thanks for the
oooh... thanks for the links. honestly, i haven't kept up on their views on the issues since the primaries. ;P
Im not voting for ether of
Im not voting for ether of those chumps. There will be no real change that comes from ether of these candidates.
"IF" I do vote it will be fore Nadar or cynthia mckinney.
Why is it always people only consider Dems and Repubs as a choice!?!? There shoveling the same shit!
Obama voted for the Patriot act, and recently voted yes for domestic spying.
now hes saying this!
It appears candidate Obama, if elected, fully intends to recruit young citizens into something he calls a “national security force,” apparently a large paramilitary group “just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded” as the U.S. military. Obama made passing reference to this disturbing idea in a speech delivered in Chicago on July 2.
The U.S. Army alone has nearly 500,000 troops. That doesn’t count reserves or National Guard. In 2007, the U.S. Defense budget was $439 billion.
no difference between Democrats and Republicans — they both take orders from the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderbergers, David Rockefeller’s globalist coterie, the Trilateral Commission, and various one-world foundations and cliques.
It is no secret Obama’s top advisor is Zbigniew Brzezinski, a close Rockefeller protégé, a founding member and former director of the Trilateral Commission, and a CFR member.
No offense to any one...
But All you Obama zombies need to wake up! : )
And where do you think he's
And where do you think he's going to get another $439 billion dollars a year? *sighes*
"It appears candidate Obama,
"It appears candidate Obama, if elected, fully intends to recruit young citizens into something he calls a “national security force,”"
sounds a bit like "Hitler youth"?
But the Hitler youth couldn't have been all bad, one of them is now Pope!!!
use less everything!
I've never been an Obama
I've never been an Obama fan, but I would rather see him win than the unhinged McCain. I wish it was possible for more than two parties to compete, but at this point it doesn't seem realistic, and I want to do whatever I can to prevent the republicans from continuing their reign of terror.
"Why is it always people
"Why is it always people only consider Dems and Repubs as a choice!?!? There shoveling the same shit!"
um...Is it because they know that ONE of those dudes is going to get it, and want to choose the lesser of two evils instead of throwing their vote away?
Um... Yes. Or are you
Um... Yes. Or are you sarcastically asking? :)
**XOXOXO**
"throwing your vote away" in
"throwing your vote away" in my view is a cop out. Your NOT throwing your vote away to vote against the main stream. This view is kinda silly. (nothing personal) Besides that how is this shit ever going to change unless people start doing so. It will remain a 2 party system for ever. Cus peeps dont have the guts to be bold and do something that goes against the status quo.
There is NO such thing as throwing away your vote! Your making a statement by not voting for the criminal elite 2 party system. Saying fuck this shit! We want some thing different! If you were to vote for the candidate you agree with most, would that be wasting your vote
Basically your saying no other candidate has a chance in hell, why should I support them? Even if i like them or agree with there policies. Then we have to ask...why should anyone else run besides a dem or repub??? Whats the point? Whats the point in even voting?
Hate to break it to you...but this line of logic is based on fear!
Its like going out to eat and seeing a menu....
here's the choices on the menu:
chicken = repubs
turkey = dems
tofu = independent
broccoli = green
Well Im going to pick turkey cus its healthier than chicken
Im not going to pick tofu or broccoli because its weird and it's not what every one else is eating.
Its like picking commercial produce vs organic produce. Because commercial produce is cheaper and more ready available.
(Im not trying to be mean or disrespectful and im not pointing fingers, this is a generalization. You have the right to vote or make what ever choice you choose. Im just venting beacause this really charges me up! There is not right or wrong in this....just a choice. Whats your choice going to based on?)
I'm way too sleepy to figure
I'm way too sleepy to figure out this tofu and broccoli analogy, lol. It seems here what you're saying is that you support voting for who you think is the best candidate, even if they're much less likely to win. But I've also heard it thrown around many times that by not voting, said person is making a statement against the disagreed with, essentially two party system. That's cool, but does not voting at all actually get that message across? Given America's penchant for laziness when it comes to other issues, I always wondered if the lack of voter turn out is just interpreted as apathy or laziness, not a true political statement. It would seem to me that the only way you'd be a part of really telling the gov that you disagree with the dems/repubs would be *to vote* for an Independent or whatnot.
first of all I'm not feeling
first of all I'm not feeling like you're being mean or pointing fingers. I'm not offended, just voicing my opinion like you are.
I REALLY fail to see how choosing tofu or broccoli can be compared to something as important as an election, but I will try to play along with that one. If choosing tofu meant that the only thing all restaurants would carry in the future was chicken, and I would rather see turkey in there instead of chicken, then I would choose the turkey to keep the chicken out of the restaurant. Unlike a restaurant, there can be only one permanent option here. (I would have used beef for repubs, though, lol)
This line of logic is based on fear of WHAT?? I would LOVE seeing someone else win, I just don't think it's realistic.
If I feel that going against the "status quo" is going to just make things WORSE, then I'm not afraid of anything but making things worse.
I admit...that was a lame
I admit...that was a lame analogy. lol And beef would have been a better choice for rupubs. haha
how is it going to make
how is it going to make things worse!? OBOMBa is gonna win no matter what. Mark my words. UNLESS we see another stolen election and more voting fraud like when Bush stole the election.
or UNLESS enough people vote
or UNLESS enough people vote for someone other than Obama and McCain thus giving McCain the win.
Please continue to actively campaign against Obama so this can happen ;)
dont worry...I will continue
dont worry...I will continue to let people know who they are voting for. : )
so you think that obama is
so you think that obama is going to win no matter what?? then why vote, like you said? lol
thats exactly what I asked
thats exactly what I asked you above. If you feel that no other party has a chance, what is the point in voting? How is this 2 party system ever going to change?
Its a matter of principal. A matter of doing what I believe in.
Like I said there is no such thing as throwing away your vote. I dont believe that.
ok. I'm just not willing to
ok. I'm just not willing to risk McCain winning to be "against the norm" I'm obviously all for doing what's different, just not when I feel it's endangering the country, and not just for the sake of being different.
(edit to add - If I thought an ideal candidate had a chance in hell I would vote for them.)
YES YES YES!!! everything
YES YES YES!!! everything unhindered said. has nothing to do with fear or being different. has to do with being smart and doing what is best for our country, when the reality is, obama or mccain is going to win. it's simple really, and NOT voting is the cop out for sure. but please don't waste your votes on people who don't have a chance in hell of winning.
i still disagree! hahahaha :
i still disagree! hahahaha : )
but by all means do what thou will.
Thank you. Your check is in
Thank you. Your check is in the mail, lol. ;)
some would argue that there
some would argue that there *isn't* a lesser evil anymore.
Definitely! I was just
Definitely! I was just speaking specifically of the people who choose to remain "zombies" and stick with "Dems and Repubs" instead of being as enlightened as he and choosing someone else.
Not everyone believes that another party could win. That's all.
Bill Murry all the way! lol
Bill Murry all the way! lol that would be awesome.
i'm voting for
i'm voting for myself.
mhmmmm.
Eh, did we forget Ralph
Eh, did we forget Ralph Nader? While I'd genuinely love to vote for Bill Murray, Nader is a close second. Cynthia McKinney, Bob Barr, and Chuck Baldwin are all running too. We're not stuck just with the big names as our only options.
Educate yourselves.
heh,... Bill Murray. :)
