Should we add a field for sexual orientation?

Yepp great idea, but make options like on myspace...Gay, Bi, Straight, Unsure, No answer and maybe transgeder or whatever. You dont have to put an answer. =].

Sexual orientation is nobody's business, and is only of interest to those that are against homosexuals. Let people just be people without so many designations...

Might as well. But you should make an option not to answer it. All questions should have the option not to answer.

probably like all the other dropdown choices if you don't give an answer it isn't on there. I don't mind, if its added... more options I suppose. Of course I could think of a few things I'd not mind to see added.

I'm torn. On one hand, it would encourage openness and acceptance of all kinds. People seeking out "people like me" could find them. On the other hand, it would give an opportunity for discrimination, something I haven't really noticed on here and would like to avoid. I think if it's important to someone to include their sexual orientation, they can put it in their "About Me" section.
