dont mind me, just getting a little personal stuff off my chest! lol feeling better now!

what do others do when they feel down and out and need to keep trudging on?
It feels like things are stacking up around me to the point that i cannot see the good...
i know that there are some awsome people and things in life but the bad seems to outweigh the good at the moment...

ok, writing that has made me feel a little better now! lol

Talk to someone at least

Talk to someone at least semi understanding or like minded.

Sometimes things arnt exactly as you see them(i know sometimes they are)
just remember. Nobody can control you except you. Those bad feelings are a sort of control. maybe you need to look at things in a different perspective sometimes with understanding comes at least a small amount of peace.
meditate or do mindful breathing.
thats what i do.

I take a mental health day. Stay in bed with the cat, play some video games, watch Oprah. Eat comfort food like mashed potatos with vegie snags and gravy yummmmmm

i hear ya. i feel like that

i hear ya. i feel like that quite a bit myself. it's a good thing moods can usually change quickly or at least pass after a few days/weeks. here are some things i do...

- listen to angry or depressing or happy music in whatever order that seems to suit the moment

- mindlessly search flickr.com for images that have certain tags - like happy, solemn, rain,... or vegan cupcakes ;P

- blog like you just did (haha)... only mine are usually much longer (and private) ;P

- think about the universe and how absolutely tiny and practically meaningless we are (our solar system, our planet, our countries, our homes, and ourselves) in the grand scheme of things... http://hubblesite.org/gallery/movie_theater/lookdeep/lookdeep_640x480_mo...

glad you're feeling better already, though. =)

(let me know if the link doesn't work for you.)

Take each day one day at a time. Anything that is overbearing and is getting in the way, put it aside and focus on you. I get like that sometimes and I have to filter out what the issue is and everything turns out better. Hope everything works out for you!
