taco chili fiesta soupish?

im not sure what to call this but it is soo good and it makes so much food that you can eat it for a week :)

1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can rotel tomato/chili mix
1 can tomato sauce or juice
1 can corn
1 cup water
hamburger sub of choice
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 packet of ranch flavor (i use a generic brand i found at kroger its vegan friendly)
1 packet of taco seasoning
spices to taste:
i used alittle chili powder and some red pepper flakes but i like alittle spice you could use whatever you liked i find this hard to mess up hehe

fry meat sub with onion and green pepper, add taco seasoning.
add all other ingredients and let simmer for about 30-45 mins...

top it off with vegan sour cream and corn chips

mmm. i think i'll make this.

mmm. i think i'll make this. i have some tempeh i need to use up. and lots of spinach! so i may throw that in, too.
